1.      The maximum for financing health projects is SAR50 million.

2.      The maximum for educational and training projects is as follows:

1. Universities SAR200 million for a university consisting of five colleges or more, provided that each college is in a separate building, at SAR40 million per college, if the project is limited to less than five colleges.
2. School complex (three levels + kindergarten) SAR25 million. If the project is limited to one level (primary, intermediate or secondary), the maximum is SAR7 million.
3. Institutes and specialized training centers SAR10 million.

3.      The maximum for hotel projects is SAR50 million. ​
