 enabling their participation in the Government of Saudi Arabia Saudi Riyal Sukuk Program. The DMO would like to thank to all Saudi licensed banks and extend special thanks to Alinma bank who assisted with Sukuk structuring. 

It is noted that the establishment of the sukuk program and the issuance under it  is subject to MoF discretion pursuant to the authority granted under the royal decree.
