​​His Excellency   Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf The Minister of Finance  met with the president of the French Constitutional Council  yesterday Monday 22/9/1437 in his office at the Headquarter of  Constitutional Council in the capital, Paris.

His Excellency welcomed the visit of  the  Deputy Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, second deputy premier and minister of defense to the Prime Minister,, French Defense Minister, expressing his hopes that this visit will yield more joint and continuous cooperation between the two countries.

During the meeting His Excellency the Minister of Finance spoke about the National Transformation Plan which complements the vision of the Kingdom and other 2030 programs such as Aramco program, public investment fund program , international partnerships program  and privatization program.

They also spoke about the importance of strengthening and increasing joint investments;  and strengthen relations in all fields, as the French Republic is considered as an important strategic partner to the Kingdom.

It is worth mentioning that Mr. Laurent Fabius held  the positions of French Prime Minister, Finance Minister and Foreign Minister.
