The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of August 2022 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The Total Amount of All Bids Received SAR 5.08 Bn, and The Total Amount Allocated was set at SAR 3.090 Bn (Three billion and ninety million Saudi Riyals).

The Sukuk issuance was divided into three tranches as follows:

• The first tranche has a size of SAR 1.690 Bn (One billion and six hundred ninety million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2027).
• The second tranche has a size of SAR 1.300 Bn (One billion and three hundred million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2030).
• The third tranche has a size of SAR 100 Mn (One hundred million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2034).
