HRH Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the Minister of Finance Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf and the employees of the Ministry for their time and efforts towards the implementation, ending up; processing the project of unified security operations centre, 911 and the buildings of Hajj security forces in Makkah al Mukaramh , through a cable sent by His Royal Highness and received by his Excellency The Minister of Finance , in response to a cable sent by His Excellency the Minister, which includes his congratulation to the Royal Highness and the employees of the Ministry of Interior for the actual start of project operations . 

It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of Finance, according to the Royal decree No. 33836 dated 20/08/1435 AH – implemented this project during a short period and  was inaugurated by His Royal Highness in the pilgrimage  of last year, 1436, AH. 

This project includes buildings of command and control "911", to control all communications and cameras in the Mekkah al Mukkarm region, as well as Al Mashaaer Al Mugaddassah,;  security command offices of the Ministry of Interior; housing of employees (for more than 2,500 person); lounges for entertainment and food; a mosque (accommodate more than 1,500 person);  other buildings and service facilities
