The Ministry of Finance announces the successful pricing of the third international issuance under the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Global Medium-Term Note Programme. The total amount of the third issuance was U.S.$ 11 billion (equivalent to SAR 41.25 billion) consisting of three tranches of Notes as follows: U.S.$ 4.5 billion (equivalent to SAR 16.88 billion) 7 years Notes maturing 2025, U.S.$3 billion (equivalent to SAR 11.25 billion) 12 years Notes maturing 2030, and U.S.$ 3.5 billion (equivalent to SAR 13.13billion) 31 years Notes maturing 2049.
The issuance received significant interest from international investors, with the orderbook peaking at U.S.$ 52 billion (equivalent to SAR 195 billion). The issuance is expected to settle on or about 17 April 2018.
