Ministry of Finance Urges Suppliers and Contractors to Register in Financial Claims Service

With a view to accumulate all financial claims and review them with government agencies to facilitate the payment process, the Ministry of Finance urges suppliers and contractors to register all their financial claims on the Government in Financial Claims Service (FCS) website: payclaims.mof.gov.sa, prior to 27 Safar, 1439 corresponding to 16 November 2017; while continuing the usual procedures followed by government agencies as already in place.
The Financial Claims Service aims to identify all the financial claims on government agencies associated with the completed programs and projects; and ease the review and payment of those claims. The Ministry of Finance stressed that any delay in registering claims via FCS passed the specified time could affect the financial claims' payment speed.
Suppliers and contractors of government agencies can easily submit their financial claims by entering the Ministry's website and clicking on the FCS main tab, "financial claim registration" tab, specify their commercial register, adding their financial claims, and then send the request. As soon as the Ministry of Finance receives the request, it will verify it and reply according to the request status (approval or need more documentations) without the need for the suppliers and contractors attendance to the Ministry.
Ministry of Finance has also established a call center to assist and reply to the suppliers and contractors inquiries. For more information and inquiries on the FCS please call 920002299 or visit Meras Center, which is open all weekdays until 11:00 pm.
