The Saudi Ministry of Finance organized the third edition of the Saudi Tour program, on the sidelines of the Kingdom's FY 2024 Budget announcement, and hosted investors from leading international financial institutions to showcase the Kingdom's latest economic developments, and unveil its cultural and social traditions.
The tour spanned over three pivotal destinations across the Kingdom; the Eastern Region, AlUla and the Red Sea Project, and concluded in the Saudi capital Riyadh. It offered foreign investors an opportunity to explore the Saudi Vision 2030 projects, as well as the current and future investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia, and introduced them to key officials spearheading these projects with the aim to foster invaluable connections for future collaborations.
Some of the strategic projects covered in the tour include Jazlah Water Desalination Company in Jubail, King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra) in Dhahran, the historically and culturally rich region of AlUla, AMAALA project, a luxury tourism destination along the Red Sea coast. The tour also covered At-Turaif, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Diriyah Gate Development Authority, and Riyadh Season, one of the largest entertainment events in the Middle East.
The tour concluded with a meeting with H.E. the Saudi Minister of Finance, Mr. Mohammed AlJadaan, to discuss the strategic projects of Saudi Vision 2030, as well as the future investment opportunities in the Kingdom.
