Today, the National Debt Management Center (NDMC) and the Ministry of Finance (MoF) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC). The MOU aims to explore potential expansion of their current relationship and cooperation to facilitate mutually beneficial activities and encourage further collaboration between both parties.

Mr. Saoud Albehairi, Acting Chief of Alternative Funding and Consultation of NDMC, signed the memorandum on behalf of NDMC and MoF, while Mr. Kato Manabu, the Director General of the Energy Solutions Finance Department within the Energy and Natural Resources Finance Group of JBIC, signed on behalf of JBIC."
