The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of December 2024 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The Total Amount Allocated was set at SAR 11.598 Bn (eleven billion and five hundred and nighty eight million Saudi Riyals)

The Sukuk issuance was divided into four tranches as follows:

• The first tranche has a size of SAR 5.585 Bn (five billion and five hundred and eighty-five million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2027).
• The second tranche has a size of SAR 3.907 Bn (three billion and nine hundred and seven million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2029)
• The third tranche has a size of SAR 706 Mn (seven hundred and six million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2031)
• The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 1.4 Bn (one billion and four hundred Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2034)
