 Minister of Finance leads the Saudi delegation at the Annual IMF, World Bank, and G-20 Meetings

His Excellency Mohammed Al Jadaan, Minister of Finance, will lead the Saudi delegation participating in the annual IMF and World Bank meetings, which will be held in Bali, Indonesia (11-14 October 2018). The Saudi delegation includes H.E. Dr. Ahmed bin Abdul Kareem Al Khulaifi, Governor of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, H.E. Mohammed bin Mazid Al Twaijri, Minister of Economy and Planning, and HE Dr. Dr. Khalid S. Al-khudairy, Vice President and Managing Director of the Saudi Fund for Development.
The 38th IMF Financial Committee meeting will include a discussion on the world economic developments, risks to global economic growth, and cooperation in fiscal and monetary policies.  Whereas the 98th World Bank's Development Committee meeting will discuss the Human Capital Project, Bali Fin-Tech and debts in emerging and low-income countries.
On the side of the IMF and World Bank meetings, a G-20 finance ministers and central bankers meeting will take place. The meeting will include a review of the latest developments in the global economy and a discussion on the international financial architecture flexibility and infrastructure financing. 
Moreover, His Excellency Mohammed Al Jadaan, Minister of Finance will participate in the joint meetings of IMF Director General and MENA Governors and the World Bank President and Arab States Governors. The World Bank meeting with the Arab States representatives will discuss Bank's relation to the countries of the region and ways to strengthen it.  
 The Kingdom's participation in these meetings is a continuation of its active and constructive role in the global economy and the international financial agenda.
