The Saudi Ministry of Finance, represented by the Government Printing Department, announced the launch of the fifth edition of the “Distinguished Talent Development" program. The Program aims to empower newly graduated outstanding national talents by training them, enhancing their technical skills, and equipping them with the knowledge needed to elevate their job performance, aligning with the Ministry's needs and enhancing the professional readiness of specialized personnel.
The program targets exceptional national talents who graduated within the last four years and hold diplomas in the required technical fields. Participants will undergo specialized training courses and receive 12 months of practical on-the-job training, culminating in employment. Successful completion of the program grants participants two additional grade increments on their eligible salary scale, providing valuable career opportunities and enriching their experience within a short timeframe.
The Ministry indicated that it would begin accepting applications for the program starting June 22, 2025. Applicants must be Saudi nationals and hold a diploma of at least two years in one of the relevant technical fields, including offset printing, digital printing, or mechanical, electrical, and electronic maintenance. Applicants must have graduated within the last four years, achieve a minimum score of 4.5 in the IELTS test or its equivalent, and successfully pass the assessment tests, personal interviews, and medical examination. Full-time commitment to the role is required.
The launch of the program reflects the Saudi Ministry of Finance's ongoing efforts to develop national talents within a productive and stimulating work environment, enabling technical professionals to contribute to the advancement of the Ministry's facilities and enhance performance efficiency.
