Eng. Khaled bin Mohammed Almahasin is the Saudi Deputy Minister of Finance for Strategy and Organizational Excellence and Head of the Vision Realization Office. His areas of expertise include planning and implementing the initiatives of Saudi Vision 2030 programs for the financial sector.

Eng. Almahasin has more than 20 years of experience in organizational transformation and excellence in the public and private sectors through his work as a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee of many governmental and quasi-governmental entities.

Eng. Almahasin holds a Master's degree in engineering management from California State University, and a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.​
