Mr. Abdulmuhsen bin Saad Alkhalaf

​Mr. Abdulmuhsen bin Saad Alkhalaf is the Saudi Vice Minister of Finance. In addition to his responsibilities at the Ministry, Mr. Alkhalaf also serves as: Saudi Sherpa for the G20; Executive Director, Member of the Board of Directors, and Member of the Policy and Strategy Committee of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB); Saudi Arabia's Alternate Governor at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD); and Board Member at the Saudi General Authority of Foreign Trade (GAFT).

Mr. Alkhalaf has more than 15 years of experience in economic and fiscal policy through his previous work as Executive Director and Member of the Executive Boards of the World Bank Group as well as Chairman of the Executive Boards' Council Audit Committee, and as CEO and Chief Policy Officer of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's G20 Presidency Financial Track Program.​​

Mr. Alkhalaf holds a Master's degree in Economics from George Washington University in the United States, a Master's degree in Finance from Saint Mary's University in Canada, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from King Saud University in Saudi Arabia.
