The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of November 2024 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The Total Amount Allocated was set at SAR 3.415Bn (three billion and four hundred and fifteen million Saudi Riyals)​

The Sukuk issuance was divided into five tranches as follows:

• The first tranche has a size of SAR 2.524 Bn (two billion and five hundred and twenty-four million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2029).
• The second tranche has a size of SAR 434 Mn (four hundred and thirty-four million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2031)
• The third tranche has a size of SAR 137 Mn (one hundred thirty-seven million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2034)
• The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 10 Mn (ten million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2036)
• The fifth tranche has a size of SAR 310 Mn (Three hundred and ten million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2039)
