The National Debt Management Center announces that it has closed the August 2021 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 11.358 Billion (eleven billion and three hundred fifty eight million).
The Sukuk issuances were divided into three tranches as follows:
- The first tranche has a size of SAR 2.508 Billion (two billion and five hundred and eight million), matures in (2029).
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 4.485 Billion (four billion and four hundred and eighty five million), matures in (2033).
- The third tranche has a size of SAR 4.365 Billion (four billion and three hundred and sixty five million), matures in (2036).
