His Excellency the Saudi Minister of Finance, Mr. Mohammed Al-Jadaan, is heading the Kingdom's delegation to the 2023 World Bank Group and International Monetary Fund Annual Meetings from 9-15 October 2023, and will be attending the 4th G20 FMCBG meeting from 12-13 October 2023, both to be held in Marrakech.

The Saudi Delegation will also include H.E. the Governor of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), Mr. Ayman Mohammed Alsayari; the CEO of the Saudi Fund for Development, Mr. Sultan Fahad Almarshad; the Assistant Minister of Finance for Macro-Fiscal Policies and International Relations, Mr. Abdulmuhsen Saad Alkhalaf; the Deputy Minister for International Affairs, Dr. Ryadh Mohammed Alkhareif; the Deputy Minister for Macro-Fiscal Policies, Mr. Thamer Aljared; and a number of specialists from the Ministry of Finance, the Saudi Central Bank, the Saudi Fund for Development, and the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority.

The Annual Meetings bring together central bankers, finance ministers, private sector executives, representatives from civil society organizations, and academics to discuss developments in global financial affairs. Through a number of seminars and conferences, the participants will discuss sustainable development, poverty eradication, global economic forecasts, and other economic and social matters. ​
