The Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers was established as a department affiliated with the Council of Ministers pursuant to a Royal Order issued in 1373H. A Royal Order was subsequently issued in 1414H amending its designation from a department to a bureau.
The Bureau's mandate includes examining matters referred to it by the Council of Ministers, preparing draft regulations, reviewing and amending regulations in force, and formulating appropriate wording for certain Royal Orders, Royal Decrees, and Council of Ministers resolutions. It also participates with government agencies in studying matters referred to it by the Royal Court, the Council of Ministers, or the higher councils. Click Here
